SYNTHWERK™ is the subject of a pending U.S. federal trademark application covering entertainment, musical performance, and production services. Unauthorized commercial use of the SYNTHWERK name or related marks is prohibited under applicable U.S. trademark law.

SYNTHWERK™ is an independent creative project by Chris Cooley and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with SYNTH-WERK, the German manufacturer of Moog-format synthesizer modules. SYNTHWERK does not manufacture, sell, or distribute hardware synthesizer products, modules, or electronic components. Any similarity in name is coincidental and reflects a shared appreciation for electronic music—not a shared business model or identity.
